Al-gethami Company for Recruiting Egyptian Labor Abroad was established in 1985 by the founder Rabi’ bin Sand Al-gethami, may he rest in peace, based on a comprehensive personal vision of the Saudi market’s need for reliable and qualified Egyptian competencies, and the Egyptian youth’s need for job opportunities that match their skills and ambitions.
The idea for the company came after a long experience in the recruitment field, during which we noticed a gap between the requirements of employers and the reality of job seekers. And thus, our journey began.
